Description.

Glass should stay clean so we created Glass Shield. Glass Shield molecularly bonds to the silica in glass to create water repellency. Unlike Rain-X, Glass Shield sheets versus beads water so it is perfect for all around the house.  And for the car, it lasts up to 9 months.  It is so easy to use; it can even be included in the glass cleaner you already use.

  • Can be formulated in aerosol, wet wipes or trigger application.
  • Concentration can vary between 5% and 10%. Higher concentrations give scratch resistance.
  • Can be incorporated in window washer fluids (testing should be done on each fluid) at low levels .25% to .75% and retain basic water repellency and sheeting, though not for a dramatically long period of time.
  • Can incorporate greater UV protection. Product naturally repels some UV.
