Description.

Traditional waterproofers only protect against water and only then if the a) water doesn’t puddle on the wood for a long period of time, b) the surface isn’t vertical (like fencing) and, c) the wood doesn’t need to resist soil, alcohol or oils. Unfinished Wood Shield protects you from all the elements including alcohol, water, & oil. Also, it resists soils (water or airborne based) and imparts significant protection from fading and cracking due to heat and UV light. Wood Shield reacts and bonds with the cellulose of the wood making it far more durable than other waterproofers, which start absorbing into the wood or “float off” after just a few rainstorms. Wood Shield is water-based and can be sprayed on any surface in seconds and dries extremely quickly.
